"Jesus is watching you"

My friend Stu took this photo in Farmington NM in February.

I see a lot of nasty "religious" messages in my travels. Today, driving across Pennsylvania on I-76, I saw a billboard whose exact wording I don't recall, but it included the phrase "God is to be feared!"

Who the fuck wants to live like that?

Who benefits from this belittling of the human spirit?

The preachers, on TV as well in the pulpits of the suburban “megachurches,” who rake in the money from the poor gullible saps who buy into their fear-based theology … the same damn theology Jesus himself preached against.

OMFG! I cant believe this. Not only was I at that store with my ex-GF, but when doing a google search for a copy of this image, I found this one, and realized THAT’S HER CAR! Man, this is so friggin weird. I took her one time to the store and someone publishes a pic of us, haha.
