Snapshot from the road
After our show in Rutherfordton, North Carolina, we headed down to Spartanburg to spend the night in the home of my friend Maclyn Humphrey. There we were introduced to her pet llama, Osama.

And that’s not even the weirdest thing that’s happened on this tour!

Nice snapshot! Is that a diaper on Osama? I wonder if the cute little guy is house trained. I’ll take the bait, what is the weirdest thing thats happened on the tour?

Yes, a diaper. Osama is an indoor llama!
As for the weirdest thing that’s happened on the tour, I don’t have time at the moment to recount it but I will post more when I can.

Osama the llama. No doubt from Alabama!

What an odd house pet! Different strokes I suppose. Were you aware of this before you got there or was it a surprise. How does a llama greet you at the door?

I knew ahead of time. My friend has been telling me about Osama in email for a few months.
He’s really a sweet guy, this llama.
Maclyn also has a soulful, lanky pup named Hilda - a rescue dog - in the house. Watching the two critters interact is sweet, too. When I have some time I’ll post a photo of Hilda.

Does Osama the llama from Alabama also wear pajamas?
